PROBLEM WITH NEW INTERNET BANKING NOT DISPLAYING TRANSACTIONS
The latest update of internet banking may not display recent transactions in Internet Explorer 7 or lower. If this is the case then you will need to update to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
If you are already using Internet Explorer 8 or higher you will need to click on "Compatibility View" to see the recent transactions. The "Compatibility View" option can be found to the right of your address bar (the icon that looks like a piece of paper torn in half) or you can find it under the "Tools" menu on your internet browser.
To tell which version of Internet Explorer you are running, click on "Help" and then "About Internet Explorer" on your internet browser (not the Help on the internet banking page itself.)
