It has been over a week since I submitted a registration form, why have I not received anything from Chambers Bank?

Within the days following the submission of your request for Internet banking be sure to check your email for a response from Chambers Bank Customer Service. Our response emails do contain images which can cause them to be sent to your junk bin depending upon your email provider and mailbox rules.

If your email address is incorrect on the form you will not receive a response from us so it is very important to have the correct email address on the registration form. Email addresses typically contain a user chosen section and a section that identifies the email provider with both sections being separated by the '@' symbol and emails almost never contain any spaces.

I had been using Internet banking but I'm now getting a message that tells me my account is locked due to security violations, should I submit another Internet banking form?

If you begin to get a message that tells you that your account has been locked due to security violations then your account has most likely been locked. Internet banking will lock your account if the password is entered incorrectly three times in a row or after going 120 days without logging into your account (seven days if you have never successfully logged into the account since its creation). You will need to call the bank or visit your local branch to have your account unlocked. Due to the nature of account lockouts we must speak with you to resolve the issue and cannot unlock you via requests by email or additional registration submissions over the Internet.
